Habits during the season, and offseason

  • Eating healthy is very important. I rely on energy bars during the tournaments.

  • My fluid consumption is a steady mix of sport drinks, diet soda, and water.
  • Sleep is critical. I make a conscious effort to get rest during the tournament season.

  • I really try to stay active during the offseason. I spend a great deal of time hunting and scouting.
