I just saw these today on the Internet
the code is now all black and looks much better, also they have a code red with 10 bearings and a flipping switch
they will go for about $100 and I am hoping to add these to my line up this fall with KVD rods because I love to fish but don’t want to spend $200 just to get a quality reel

just got my new KVD signature series combo from bass pro and it is awesome I can now cast farther, smoother, and easier
the reel is super smooth and the free spool setting is pretty easy to cast and make long casts
this is by far the best combo for the price

Say you are having a bad day on the lake,how do you find the fish and how would you pick the bait?This past weekend when I was fishing a tournament I could not find the fish.I went to the places I’ve always caught them,but they were not there.We did have a front stall over us,but I fished everything.Caught only 3 dinks and one 3lb. spot on a lizard.The grass bite was not there for me,but for everybody else I guess it was.NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!The lake has alot of grass and good channel ledges.I fished from mid lake to the lower end of the lake.

Today me and a friend went bass fishing in the rain today. I told him it wouldn’t be worth it, but he wanted to go. So i tied on a chatterbait frog thingy i bought. Wow, I’m not kidding, every single cast was either a missed fish, lost fish, or caught a bass. He was throwing a fire tiger rattlin rapala and caught a few. But wow, the chatterbait does work. Just thought i would share as some of you tried them earlier in the year with no success.

As you can tell from my log in name I’m from Alabama.I fish Guntersville Lake 95% of the time.I thouught I knew alot about bass fishing but the more I fish the more I find out I don’t.Therefore I’m going to start asking alot of questions.I hope everyone can help.Pease everybodys info welcome.First question- How do you fish the channel ledge?
