      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have a problem.&amp;nbsp; I was jig fishing this past weekend and getting a lot of fish and a lot of hits.&amp;nbsp; What happened to the jig was the weed guard spread out and are no longer in a nice neat group.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Does this affect the jigs effectiveness?&amp;nbsp; Is there anyway to straighten them back out?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Just released in the last day or so, by Lowrance is a firmware update to your HDS Gen 2 (or Gen2 Touch) units that allows a number of new features not previously available.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In my opinion though&#8230;.the most noteworthy and useable by all, is the ability to put one chip in one unit and see that map on ALL HDS Gen2 units on the boat if you have the Lowrance backbone (NMEA 2000 network).&amp;nbsp; Prior to this, you had to have 2 chips if you ran a unit at the console and a unit at the bow.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
This is a great upgrade that can save hundreds of dollars. &lt;/p&gt;
