I want to thank Kevin, Mustad and Kittery Trading Post for a great show on 3/27/08. It’s been a really long winter in Maine and this is exactly what the doctor ordered. My son and I are huge KVD fans. We spent all day at the show listening to Kevin’s techniques and such and finished the day in his 1 hour or so long seminar.

Kevin was a real gentleman with everyone and really took the time with each guest. We took numerous photos with Kevin that will be cherished a lifetime as well as the autographed Mustad hats. He was very accessible, friendly, courteous and helpful. For these reasons alone is why I think this is the sport to lean your children towards. Both my son and I went away with more respect than ever for KVD and the sport, not to mention a few hot Mustad and Strike King baits Kevin mentioned.

I hate to use the old saying but “Waiting for the ice to melt...Stressful...Hanging with a real class act such as KVD....PRICELESS!”

I like how he responded to his DQ. There no rage or smart comments, he just admitted fault said he was’nt thinkin and apologized to everyone. And because of his actions like this and his rep twards his fans and his family nobody doubted him for one min. Thats 50% why he’s liked by every one i think. Even his greatest competitors. He seems true to everything he encounters. A good path to follow and teach my kids.
