This is for your tasting pleasure and not too tough on the pocket book. Ingredients: 2lbs. cooked cocktail shrimp, 1 bottle cocktail sauce, 1 package imitation crab meat, 1 bottle of Clamato tomato cocktail drink(tomato juice), 2 tablespoons of Tabasco sauce, 1 tablespoon salt, and tablespoon pepper, cup of diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and juice of two limes. Mix all the above, and garnish with avocado slices and saltine crackers…Enjoy!

If you cast it they will come…

That is a great recipe. I did something similar with chopped sardines and shredded cheddar cheese instead of shrimp. We threw in the kitchen sink. It sounds over the top…but great beer snacks. I served it on a plate placed in beer tray full of ice to keep it cool. Saltines or Fritoes. And the race was great too.

Be good or be good at it!
