Pour 1 cup of French’s Mustard in a 1 gallon Zip-Loc bag. Add 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly. Place bass fillets in bag and coat with mixture. Marinate overnight. Pour a box of Zatarain’s Fish Fry Mix in another 1 gallon Zip-Loc bag. Place the fillets in the Zatarain’s and shake until coated. Deep fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown. Put them on a plate, and enjoy.
