Just tried this and it is great !
1 cup beer (lager...Bud or Miller)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp molasses
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
4 (1 inch-thick) ribeye steaks, nicely marbled not lean.
1. Whisk together beer and other ingredients together in a bowl. Place the steaks in a zip lock bag, add beer mixture. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
2. Grill steaks.
