coffee in the morning and a banana, crackers, sandwich and lots of water through the day, i always pick up a bag of combos up in the morning and bring them home and tell my one son i forgot to eat them. that’s his favorite, i really get a kick out of it.
Peanut butter crakcers and ranch sunflower seeds with a case of bottled water. All depends on whats for breakfast that morning which could determine how long before you have to hover off the edge pf the boat too.
i know nutrition and energy is important, but breakfast is a no no for me. i once ate 5 double decker tacos from taco bell night before a tourn and it hit me about 11 am…...I may eat something later in day when i know i can make it to weigh in, lol.
I start with a huge coffee otherwise I’m junk for the day…then I keep lots to drink water,,,power ade,,,ice tea etc…those 2/$1.00 sleeves of pnuts and cashews are handy and make a good snack…usually I don’t make much in the way of sandwiches

That’s your problem! A banana in your boat is bad luck! LOL
wow, I thought I was the only one that had been subject to the sock thingy. It wasnt actually me, my boat partner would bring an extra pair with him from time to time. And it never failed, when we nite fished, we would get on the water and within the first hour, boom, he had to go. So before we launch now, I ask him if his phone is ringing and its nature calling.
