i know nutrition and energy is important, but breakfast is a no no for me. i once ate 5 double decker tacos from taco bell night before a tourn and it hit me about 11 am…...I may eat something later in day when i know i can make it to weigh in, lol.
Im with you there dude no breakfast or anything bad the night before!! I ate at a chinese buffet once the night before a tourney and that was the last time I will ever do that. Nothing like the rumblin ugly’s mid way through your day!!
