Just bought one at Bass Pro Shops about a day ago, just wanted some tips on this thing. I just don’t want to do something stupid and be short twenty bucks. If anybody has experiance with this bait post info on where to fish it and some differant retrive types would be extremly helpful. Otherwise i’ll end up fishing it like a lipless crankbait.

I like to throw mine a 6’10” Kevin Vandam signature Quantum Pt rod a 6.3:1 reel and 17 to 20 lb. flouro.  For retrieves just crank it like a crankbait stop and starts add some jerks like a jerkbait and speed it up and slow it down really just mix up your retrieves and experiment.  Throw it anywhere you would a spinnerbait or lipless bait.  If you hold your rod tip high you can get the bait to wake, and you can add a feather to the rear treble for a little more attraction.  Hope this helps.  Good luck

Yea, these baits look great in the water. I fish it like a lipless and like a jerk bait. Just rotate between retrieves. Caught some nice fish on them this Spring. Cant wait for the Fall feeding to start up so I can tie them back on.
