Hello, I live in Bland Va. about 2hrs west of Smith Mountain Lake.
I’ve been fishing for years but it was always on the local creek bank with a worm. (not that this is bad, it was all I was taught)
I was in BPS not long ago and bought the KVD 3 pack dvd. It opened my eyes to the real world of fishing. Since then I have bought
a couple good rod/reel setups and some spinnerbaits and have been catching the biggest fish of my life! All I have to say is thanks Kevin
for making these dvd’s!!!

I’m going fishing this weekend at Cherokee lake Tn.  Anybody got any tips for me?

not sure what cherokee lake is like....you dont mention even if you have a boat to access the different areas....this time of year, i would be throwing those spinnerbaits along the edge of grassbeds and work it deeper.  if you got the boat, line up and fish along points or timberlines. work an area really good before you move to another. nothing helps like spending time on the water...good luck

I have access to my mother-in-laws pontoon but it don’t have a trolling motor or fish finder so we gotta guess and say
I bet theres fish there. My plan is to spend as much time fishing this wekend and if nothing else I’ll get some good practice
with my new baitcaster!
