Hi Kevin hell of job this year way to go. You dont know me but I stood in line with at Lake of the Ozarks in 2000 at PB2 waiting to go to the scales during a Central Tournament. Anyway awsome job this year. Question if I may.I have been fishing for 20+yrs now have done well for my self (at times),but would like some input on Kentucky Lake in mid-October.I havent been on this lake before(been on Barkley twice, but didnt fair so well, but both times were in March) I was wondering if it was you fish that time of year would you still make the long run or stay closer to take off. Were taking out mid-lake? Not asking for any spots I’ll findem. Just some input on fall fishing on Kentucky Lake.Any input would be helpful.I thank for your time. If your ever here in the mid-west fishing look me up I live in Quincy,IL. on the Mississippi Rive pool 21,pool 19 is a great body of water to catch big fish. If you ever get the chance if you ever need anything or friend to show you the river (were you can go and were you cant)let me know I have been fishing it all my life.. Thanks again hope to here from you and again great year.  Terry Jones, Quincy,IL.  Keep a tight line.  P.S. What is the sexyspoon I keep hearing you talk about?

you know obviously your mindset changes when you fish for a living but kentucky lake is very healthy this year and you probably dont need to look far to catch some good 3 and 4lb fish. you should check out http://www.fishin.com/reports/ky/kyreport.html and look up ky lake before you go. dave steward updates the reports and he knows the lake very well. just heads up the bass will almost definatly be following balls of shad in the tributaries and so will gulls and comarants, if their feeding thats where you should be.
