Who is the athlete in one of the other major sports that KVD should most often be compared to?

Like Tiger Woods, KVD came out strong and has remained strong his entire career.

Tiger Woods without a doubt, came out strong and has remained dominate also the intimidation factor they both have it and they both now how to finish.

Saturday proved why it should be ‘any Piston player’.

I picked Tiger, but I would of liked to seen the great ones name up there or just the number 99 and everyone would know! That was the athlete that came on strong early like KVD in my mind! what was it 212 points? in 82 games?

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY ANY NEW YORK YANKEE GREAT!!!!  MAYBE MICK THE QUICK, MANTLE, OR EVEN JETER OR ONEILL.  WAS SURPRISED TO SEE NO BASEBALL PLAYERS ON THE LIST TO COMPARE KVD TO.  BUT I WANT TO SAY A NY YANKEE GREAT!!  SEA YA, JEFF.

There is no one that compares to Kevin.... Not Tiger or any of the others. KVD is in a class all by himself. But if i have to compare. i would say Michael Jordan. they both are consistant and always at the top of the food chain…

EVERY ONE KNOWS NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO KEVIN.  WOULD NOT EVEN MENTION JORDAN IN THE SAME SENTENCE WITH KVD!! KEVIN IS ALWAYS AT THE TOP OF HIS GAME, ESPECIALLY TOURNAMENTS. SOME HE MAY NOT FINISH IN THE MONEY BUT STILL DOES HIS BEST. A LOT MORE I CAN SAY ABOUT KEVIN COMPARED TO OTHERS IN FISHING.  JEFF COSTIGAN.

EVERY ONE KNOWS NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO KEVIN.  WOULD NOT EVEN MENTION JORDAN IN THE SAME SENTENCE WITH KVD!! KEVIN IS ALWAYS AT THE TOP OF HIS GAME, ESPECIALLY TOURNAMENTS. As for KVD...he’s KVD. No reason to compare him to anyone else. The only reason to compare him to another sports star is so that people that don’t know who he is and what he has done can relate. Next time someone asks who KVD is and you feel the need to say “KVD is the Tiger Woods of Bass Fishing,” how about instead you say “Tiger Woods is the KVD of Golf”...doesn’t that sound a bit better?

I think he’s enough of an ELITE angler that he shouldn’t be compared to anyone else.

All the top athletes in the world will be compared to eachother no matter what, all the time! It also makes it fun to watch all the fans argue for their man. There’s a lot more people that could be on this list, so yes keep comparing him to more athletes that is much RESPECT to the MAN!

Jeff could be an educated engineer or land surveyor and always writes in caps, or just doesn’t gives a rats ace like me… if you can read it, read it, and don’t look into it anymore then that. and if he is screaming he is doing it in favor of our man! So Jeff go IKE AND LET IT GO!!!!!
