28-inch length aluminum foil
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup of Picante sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
4 servings fish fillets
salt and pepper
Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender, but not browned.
Add ketchup and picante sauce and garlic salt.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut foil into 4 pieces.
Fold each piece in half.
Place 1 serving of fish on each piece of foil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour 1/3 of the ketchup mixture over each serving and seal tightly.
Cook over glowing coals or bake in a shallow pan at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
