A lady at work makes these and brings them in for pitch-ins. She gave me this site for the recipe. Good stuff.

Here one I make Not really a Popper but a good appetizer. You will need jalapenos, Chorizo sausage ( mexican sausage) and muenster cheese. Take your jalapeno cut them in half (long ways) core them out and place on a baking sheet. Fry up your sausage and fill your jalapenos and put a slice of cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350 untill cheese is golden brown then serve. you can use any cheese but muenster melts very well. Let me know what you think if you try it.

Chorizo is awesome sausage, my friend makes buritos out of it & they’re awesome. That jalapeno recipe sounds tasty.

Mine are usually grilled after being stuffed with a jumbo shrimp , queso asadero, and wrapped with a slice of bacon. When wrapping the bacon use tooth picks to keep it together. YUM YUM for the TUM!!!
