this i probably in the wrong section, but i want to get into fantasy fishing next year and i have no idea what i need to do. could someone help me out?

Its pretty easy just up an account with Bassmaster http://games.espn.go.com/bass/frontpage use this site to setup your account.  When the season starts back up in Feb. 2010 you will sign onto your account and pick your team of 5 anglers staying with in the alotted amount BASS gives you last season it was $100.  You don’t actually pay that but its an amount for you to work within.  Its free to everyone that joins.  You can read all the rules and how tos on the site so sign up and have fun hope to see you next season.

Not sure what is going on with the prizes for this…I got mine in the mail today…I got a sticker and a hat??? Not the prizes even listed for anyone.  Was there some confusion on what is going on…or…what.  I think BBK should have got the sticker…the hat is not even listed as a prize???? Let me know when everyone gets their stuff.  I was pretty pumped up for the boat towel….and didnt get it….and of course no autographed pic either.

I got a boat towel and a window decal… whats going on? No autograph either.

1st Place CULL ONE, pair of Oakley sunglasses and a autographed picture.

2nd Place BBK, an autographed Book, KVD vehicle decal and an autographed picture.

3rd Place xranger, a KVD boat towel and autographed picture.

Now im wondering if CULL ONE got the glasses…..That would suck if not. 

QM…can u tell us what is going on????  I know it is all free stuff…but I dont like being told one thing and then surprised with something totally different.  Not to be a dick or anything, but…the actual cost of what came in the mail was less than the actual shipping costs, only because I have a friend that deals in vinyl and clothing and I know what cost is.  I dont know, just a little disappointed , thats all.  Maybe the autographed pic was the thing that made it a little more personal….not sure.

Hey guys I’m really sorry about this,  I really don’t know whats going on with the prizes.  Brownshelf2 told me what he was going to send out and asked me to post it then he was sent out of town on business was 2 weeks late getting it out because someone in his office didn’t put the boxes in the mail now I hear the prizes are different from what he said plus no autographed pics,  I am confused as much as you and a little disappointed.  I will work on the problem and see what I can get done.  Sorry again.

I guess cull one got the glasses…that is good.  Looks like everything else was a little mixed up.  Not too impressed about the 1.00$ decal that was sent out in place of pics/actual prizes.  I am really hard core on the decal thing..LOL…just know they are about the most inexpensive thing to make there is.  I just like boat towels I guess…LOL

brownshelf2 said he will make right on the prizes,  said he had an intern package up the prizes and didn’t inspect before shipping.  I’m sorry for all the mix up.

Nice follow up on this one QM…glad to see you are still working on it.  Looking forward to the boat towel.

I got an autographed picture thinger in the mail today. Looks nice.

I got one too.  Too bad it was with 2008 stats on it.  It would have been even cooler with him holding the 2009 AOY trophy.  All in all though pretty cool.
