I have been watching and haven’t seen anything of who won what.
There was a post that we would be notified soon as to who won and that was two days ago.

I would love to know as well, but I am sure these guys are really busy with the beginning of the season….classic….shows…..ect….

BBK- I remember a while back all the new guys…ie members for the chat time…won most of the give away stuff…not sure how fantasy is going to be this year…I see we have some serious prizes this time around and looks like there is double the amount of entries.  I would guess there are several who arent even active that go into it because they saw the promotion going on at the same time they joined for the live chat and the give away stuff.

There shouldn’t be that many for fantasy unless someone is giving out the info that shouldn’t.  Only about 20 guys have asked for the info.

And we have 23 people in the fantasy team so no one should have given out the info.

2 more people must’ve just signed up, because it was at 23 earlier this afternoon.

I saw 25 the other day.

I don’t know what to tell you, but I checked after QM made his post & Jake must’ve checked too & it said 23 when I checked it.

My point to the whole thing is…like every year we have some that just hang around for the free crap…and the live chat.  That is all.  And for some reason they scoop up the prizes and stuff.  The dont even contribute to the site much, if any.

I would hate to think that a “new” guy is going to do well in fantasy and get those sweet prizes this year…and Im sure that “new” guy joined the fantasy for just that and doesnt visit the site.  Im sure it could be looked into, and maybe Im just being negative..but I see this shit all the time…just vultures coming in for the easy meal.

We do have 25 members but I see we really should have 24 kyangler got signed up twice but only registered 1 team.  There are a couple of people that I don’t recognize but they signed under different user names than what they use on the forums so that don’t mean much right now.  If I find out someone gave the info out for a private group I will disqualify If I have to.  I don’t know what brownshelf or affilius or KVD for that matter want to do since they are giving out the prizes.  I tried to email everyone in the group last night but bassmaster set a Toyota ad right over the email box.  Go figure.

I could be wrong, but I beleive most of these promos are not put up by the BIG 3 of this site or forum but by KVD sponsors. Which means we are a small group that entered into the contests. Id like to see a speedier response on who the winners are and if they cant name names, then just say it appears all prize winners where non-site members. It was stated in a earlier thread the drawing was tonight to check your emails. If one of us would of won Im sure they would of posted it somewhere. Now those Oakleys they was suppose to be giving away during the KVD chat I would like to hear something on. For future type Forum giveaways. Id be happy to see them just give away a few t-shirts and hats the cost to them would be less and I think it would lead to speedier announcement of winners. Plus more to give out. And come on guys who here wouldnt take a KVD t-shirt or hat and be happy with that?

Q-man may I suggest changing the password to the fantasy group? If you was to change it maybe once per event and not tell anyone it would probably make it a little easier on the possiblity of people passing out the league information. I dont know how ESPN sets up their leagues but you might also be able to lock membership. Or change it to invites only.

I know everyone is anxious. The winners have been drawn and are being contacted. I will post as soon as we have confirmation from the winners. Please understand there are a lot of moving parts in these promotions. I’m sure you’ll find our response time as good as any “corporate” run promotion that would make you jump through a lot more hoops

XRANGER; I AGREE WITH YOU; I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN IN OTHER GROUPS OF PEOPLE AND IT SURE CAN LIGHT UP A SHORT FUSE.
I DON’T EVEN KNOW IF I AM SIGNED UP OR NOT!! I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE WEB SITE AND HOW TO GET AROUND ABOUT IT.
PRIZES ARE NICE AND A REWARDING THING BUT A LONG LASTING FRIENDSHIP IS PRICELESS; IF THE PRIZES ARE ALL THEY ARE ON THERE FOR THEN I SAY PULL THE PLUG AND SEND THEM ON THERE WAY. I AM SURE THEY CAN FIND A SALE AT WALMART. LOL
