I just put the finishing touches on these.  I powder painted the heads with 3 colors Purple Haze I used a holographic powder paint for the body candy purple for the back and candy red for the throat.  Gill I used a dark melon for the body candy purple of the back and candy red for the throat.  I used a clear epoxy to finish off the baits.

Nice work QM. You ever have any trouble with your epoxy feeling a little “sticky” once it has dried?

Not yet but I let it dry for 2 days before touching.  I have been using the Component Systems Seal Coat Lure Finish and brush on 1-2 coats.

Those two spinnerbaits look sweet Quantum-Man.  Do you catch a lot of fish on purple spinnerbaits?

I like purple highlites in most of my baits from spinnerbaits, jigs and soft plastics.  More than anything its just a confidence thing with me,  I feel that when I have a bait with some purple in it I’m going to get bit.  With soft plastics I always look for some purple flake or hue in the bait.

Thanks guys for the compliments.  I just started playing with spinnerbaits since I have so much fun with the finesse jigs I thought the spinnerbaits would be too and they are,  I can get little more creative with them.  Look for some more coming soon.
