On the back of the shadaliciuos 5.5 swimbait bags they have 2 way’s of rigging a swimbait. Texas, and weighted jighead. I was wondering what would be the right size for the weighted jighead, on the 5.5’s?

I’d say 3/8 or more.

I’ve seen them rig hollow bellies with .5-1oz(5/0 or bigger hooks) saltwater jigheads on In-Fisherman when they’re fishing for pike & walleye with 5-6” baits. Never tried it myself, as I use weighted gama & owner hooks with twist-lock keepers & haven’t experimented with jigheads yet. I might get some jigheads to throw the smaller(3-4”) swimbaits I have though.
