I just started fishing sexy shad yesterday to be exact and the first fish landed was a 6lb largemouth and that was within 10 minutes of putting in the canoe - my buddy with me threw his whole tackle box at them and never got a bite - we left at 5-0 due to him getting aggravated - 4 being largemouths and 1 being a channel cat that apparently wanted sexy shad for supper. He tried lizards in various colors that normally produce for us during this time of year, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, you name it. I’m far from a pro fisherman but this color and my first day with it I gotta say was impressive for the little time we spent out on the water - I’ve since ordered 5 duplicates of what I was fishing with :D
