Got my orange coloring in the mail and tried some Bama Craw. Bass were hitting it pretty good last week and all about ran out of the color. Top left is a store bought Paca chunk(the one with one claw) and the rest I poured myself. My first thought is that the orange is a little darker but let me know what you guys think.

I would say that the orange is just a tad bit darker but other than that it looks great!!!

Your just about spot on, add a drop of chartreuse in the orange and it should lighten up without changing colors.

I’ll take a bag of the kodiaks in that color if you want to make them up… just subtract it from your bill LOL

Those look great Pax.  Really like those beaver style baits, good color in them.

Thanks guys for the comments, I appreciate it. I’ve had some pretty good response on this color and have been asked for the recipe for the color so…..I thought I’d put it out there for all the bait makers.

TOP
4 oz. plastisol
10 drops of LC Green Pumkin
1 drop LC Pumpkinseed
1 drop LC Brown
Medium black flake and a small amount of Large black flake

BOTTOM
4 oz. plastisol
3 drops LC Orange
3 drops LC Chartruese
1 drop LC Pumpkinseed
1 drop LC White
Medium blake flake
Hope you guys enjoy and any feedback is welcome!....Thanks

Great job Pax.  It looks close enough to me . Did you use a two color injector or hand poured that bait?

Hand pour, 1 cup in 1 hand and another cup in the other. Pour them both at the same time…....Thanks for the comments fella’s!
