Sat in the garage for a little and made a whole bunch of 1 oz and 3/4 oz bullet grass jigs. still gotta sand em, weedguards, paint and skirts. I have used one before the season ended and they work great for heavy vegitation and mats. I’ll probally end up selling a whole bunch because I’m not sure what to do with 40+ grass jigs… check it out though

Looks good,  helps blow the time does it not.  I have to clear my work bench so I can get to pouring.  I bought some Trokar jig hooks that I want to try in my finesse jigs.

Heck Yeah those jigs will work in heavy vegetation! With the pointy head, it looks like that jig would get through anything. Nice job AllStar.

Thank’s everybody, I was thinking, I know some of you guys have molds that I don’t have that I would be interested in the style. I am looking for football heads, jig heads or jigs, if anyone has em, I’ll trade you bullets or poison tails.

It’s the Do-it bullet style jig, the “1oz” are actually a 7/8 oz but the differece in minimal so I call em 1oz. I am going to be purchasing the smaller bullet styles, football mold, and was thinking of trying the bullet jig head for spider grubs. all do it molds btw.

Those look nice.  I’m like a kid, every time I go to organize tackle making stuff I end up playing.

I would LOVE to use trokar hooks but @ 2 bucks a hook, it spoils the chance of me purchasing them. Dont get me wrong I use trokars, and love them, I just never paid full price for them (either got em on sale or got the 25% discount from my friend @ dicks sporting goods) Excelent hooks regardless

would you be willing to let 5-10 go? I found some of the firetiger skirts I wanted at bps last night and some pork trailers to match, but found no bare weedless jig heads. I’m hoping for another swim jig in my home waters. I’m not sure what kind of weedguard you use, but I should get by with whatever you use I’m just looking for something subtle to pull over and possible through submerged weeds. If you can PM me and I’ll see if you can paint them too, and work out any details.
