i’ve checked that site JTL 3 months ago, the water temp hasn’t changed in 3 months

Are you sure it was that site? I’m on there quite a bit, and it is normally updated. I know the water temp hasn’t been 46 degrees for the last 3 months, lol. I guess you could try calling that number if it comes down to it.

last I heard, and granted a long time ago, brown/orange or black bucktails with pork trailers, where the go to lure for monsters.  Mostly on bluff banks or steep main lake points. But you hired a guide, you don’t need my old intel do you.

guide said he always runs every bait with an exposed hook cause there are very few snags, that’s something i’m not used to and he said as far as weight of your bait, 1/4 oz will be the biggest bait you throw, well maybe but i’m throwing some bigger baits, tubes, spinners, road runners, etc. oh and of course crawdad lures, red eye, cordell super spot, i got hair jigs in brown and orange color, plus jerkbaits, swimbaits, all lures the guide says they use there
