Gooooood Morning KVD Forum this a winning marinade that you can use on meat & poultry. And trust me you will want to use again and again.
THE MARINADE:
1 bottle Mojo Creole marinade
1 bottle Sofrito
1 cube of Achiote
2 Tbs of minced garlic
1 can of pineapple nectar
1 small bottle of Worstshire Sauce
Marinade cube meat or chicken overnight and mix in with veggies of choice on skewers and grill until tender, give or take about 30 to 45 minutes.
Sprikle with Lowry’s Salt and pepper seasoning.
THE SAUCE:
1 bottle of St Louis BBQUE Sauce & 1/2 can of pineapple nectar. Baste while cooking…..ENJOY!!!!!
