Why not just buy a dressed treble from BPS or TW?  Sure, it won;t be unique or customized to your liking, but it’s a feather on a hook! :-D

Its cheaper to make them,  you can buy a pack of 10 or 11 hooks and make your own for a fraction of the cost.
Gamakatsu hooks $7.49/10 size 4 or 9 size 2 and 11 size 6
collars $2.49/100
Hologram Flash $2.99

so you can make 1 hook for about 80-90 cents and 2 hooks will cost roughly $1.60 to $1.80 compared to $5.99 for 2 feather trebles.

Easy to make too

Pick your hook size,  cut about 10-15 strands of flash about 3-4 inches long,  run the flash thru the hook eye so its even then push a collar over the hook eye and securing the flash in place now trim the flash to disired length and attach to lure.  Quick and easy.
