Read the Wikipedia. Greece? where did you hear he was greek? Vandam is not a greek name anyway. be something like Antonopoulos or Onasis or something if he was greek.

His real name is Jean-Claude Van Damme.  Just didn’t sound manly enough to be a professional fisherman. So he changed it to Kevin, and dropped the end off of Van Damme.
