I inadvertently kind of cheated.  I read some other topics before introducing myself which is just plain rude.  Anyway, Geoff Henricks here to join in on all the outstanding knowledge I have seen so far in the wide range of topics.  I am from a small dot on the map in Southern Michigan and have been fishing bass tournaments since 1987.  I own a Ranger boat and founded Bass Anglers Of Michigan in 1987 which is a small club still in existence today.  I look forward to joining in on the fun.

Welcome to the forum Geoff! Don’t worry though, you weren’t the only one to read topics before introducing yourself. Lots of people tend to get caught up in all the good info on this forum.

I take it from your name you are/were in the Marine Corps. If so, Thank You for your service. Also, there are lots of people on here that are retired military personnal.

Thank you for the welcome Bass Master.  And thank you for the words of encouragement, but I’m not sure I can add anything to the knowledge the members in this forum have.  There are some outstanding posts in this forum.  I’m loving it already.

Always glad to have another Basser on this site. Welcome aboard! Feel free to ask any question and also to post your opinions and experience.

This is by far the best bass fishing forum on the web. These guys are good, will freely give advice and their knowledge about bass fishing and they know everything about rods, reels, baits, boats, techniques, lakes, etc…. i have learned more about bass fishing in the last year than i had in the 56 years prior to joining this site. Again glad to have you as a member!

Why thank you can I call you CS?  I am learning fast how knowledgeable you all are.  I may not post a whole lot at first because I have a lot of catching up to do.  So many posts, so little time… I will enjoy chatting with all of you in the future.

Welcome aboard Geoff,  glad to have you.  Please chime in anytime.  Where in Mi. are you from?  I live in Milan and fish Lake Erie out of Sterling State Park and most of the lakes in Washtenaw and Livingston Counties.  Thank you for your service and have fun.

Hey Q-M thank you for the welcome.  I’m from Pinckney and I fish all of those waters also.  I’m still trying to get up to speed on all of the threads so will be a little slow at chiming in.  Good to be aboard.
