Double uni knot brother!!! Works great w/ braid to fluorocarbon as well. This knot (double uni) has never failed me. The double uni knot is also known as the “uni to uni” knot.

Uni to Uni is one of the more popular. The Albright seems to be popular amongst people looking to use leaders with microguides, as the uni is a bit big to fit through micro guides unless you’re using really light lines.

A Uni is a lot easier to tie, but be careful if your casting through guides.  I think the albright tougher. imo

Edit: by “tougher” I mean durable.

Here’s a website that shows these knots.  I too use the double Uni (or Uni to Uni).  I might try the Yucatan to see how it performs - it says, “It is strong, compact, casts well and passes through rod guides easily.  It is the best mono to braid knot.”

I used the uni to uni for years but recently tried the surgeons knot.It is very fast to tie and so after about 70 bass, one 7 pounder I have had no failures.I might also add I use 16&20; lb sunline super as leader material.I gave up on vanish to many failures.
