Try using a frogs. Either a hollow body frog like a Spro, or a soft plastic frog.

hard to say without more details. How deep is it? whats the water clarity? what kind of moss is it? The best time for me to fish ponds was about two months ago when I could chuck a lipless all day and catch the big uns, but there are some other things you can try to catch some bigger fish. give some more details and we can help you out

Smaller weedy ponds in NJ I fish are great spots to use T-rigged Senkos.  I prefer green pumpkin.

Incase you couldn’t tell, any slow moving plastic will treat you well.

Around here if the water is more open I like to throw worms and craws. I keep it more natural.

Around weeds or structure throw the creature baits that move more water and have a good profile. All plastics will pretty much work anywher but that is what i tend to do. I like trigging a brush hog on a shakey head and I cut the top or bottom of the arm, to give it more movement.

Strike King’s Rage Tail Shad for the topwater bait, and try the SK Rage Tail Craw for the bottom bite.
