Id start in the 6-10K range. First things to look at are the engine, hull, and trailer.
What about the “floor plan” and how that goes?
Really shouldnt matter. As long as it floats and runs. Its a starter boat.
If the livewell isnt in the front of the boat, you wont catch anything over 3lbs… everybody knows that.

Most bass boats are laid out the same, find some in your budget and compare them and buy the one you like the most.
