Check this thing out, made it myself with some hooks I had laying around. That’s a 3/16oz wacky jig with wire weedguard and a 1/0 mustad EWG hook.

Pretty cool huh?

I modified a inchi wacky mold. modified the 1/4 oz. and the 3/16 oz. cavities to take a 2/0 mustad swimbait hook. i also make my own coil keepers i clip around eye of the swimbait hook ,allows me to use bigger worms and i get better hook sets. i use 5 inch senkos and 6.5inch kuttails. i twist the worms around the spring and skin hook them they are deadly. on the smaller cavities on the mold i modified the small slot that holds the wire weed guard so i could put 2 wires in there instead of one. after i mold them i spread the wires apart a little you get alot less hang ups. great rigs. I use #06 and #08 stainless steel tempered spring wire to make my coil keepers and i straithen the wire for the weed guards. you can buy that wire at barlows or jannsnetcraft.
