Just wanting to know who has any experience with the quantum tour reels. I got a buddy who has one for sale it’s brand new in the box and he wants $140 for it. All my reels except 2 are quantum. I got a few exos and few kvd tours and in the process of getting a quantum smoke 100 for my topwater rod but never had any experience with the quantum tour reel. I know it’s a Lil heavy but what would it be good for. It’s a 6:3.1 ratio. What would you use it for. Thanks

Is it on of the old Iron round reels?  if so, they only retail at about $50.

Is it a Tour Edition PT?  if so, it would probably be something like e600pt, e760pt, etc… If that is the case, the e6XXpt series I’ve seen on eBay lately for about $60 - when they were new the ran about $160.  I have quite a few of those and love.  I’ve been replacing them with e7XXpt series which also ran about $160 new.  On eBay I’ve seen them go for about $75.

If I not mistaken it’s a quantum te101spt tour edition 11 bearing 6:3:1 reel.

I haven’t upgraded that high yet - excellent reels.  retail about $210.

I have a e600 Id part with pretty cheap. Has it far share of cosmetic wear but works fine.

I have about 10 of them. Great reel.
